Planet Supra is an emulsion resin paint made from ultra-electrolyzed water, acryl silicon resin and hyperfine spherical silica. This emulsion results in a reflective and insulating agent reflecting up to 94.6% of solar rays and minimizing heat conduction. (as per JIS R 3106:1998) U-value, R-value, K-value are not applicable to this paint as it is a radiant barrier.

3. Is PLANET SUPRA organic solvent or water-based?

Planet Supra is water based acrylic silicon resin paint. No harmful organic solvents are used in this paint.

We guarantee the quality of our product for two full years and the product life is 10 years plus.

11. Do some Planet Supra colours reflect heat better than others?

White paint has the best reflective properties, therefore resulting in the highest savings. To optimize results with other colours, apply white Planet Supra as a base coat followed by a second coat using the colour of your choice.

12. Can I paint Planet Supra on a painted surface?

Yes, Planet Supra can be applied on top of any water-based paint that is in fair condition.

13. What is Planet Supra’s specific gravity and weight per liter?

Planet Supra’s specific gravity is 0.65 and its weight is 650 grams/liter.

14. Does Planet Supra maintain effectiveness with mold growth?

Planet Supra’s oxidized and alkaline characteristics (pH 8.5-9) maintain a self-cleaning, stain-resistant surface. Its antibacterial properties prevent mold and algae growth.

15. Can you use a dryer to dry Planet Supra?

Yes, a dryer set to 100℃-120℃ can speed up drying time from 6 hours to 5-8 minutes.

16. Can you use Planet Supra over an anti-rust coating?

Yes, Planet Supra can be applied to anti-rust coatings.

17. How many coats of Planet Supra do I need to paint?

On most surfaces, two coats of Planet Supra will achieve the optimal thickness of 200 microns.

18. What is the maximum temperature Planet Supra can withstand?

The maximum temperature that Planet Supra can withstand is 150 degree Celsius.
